Worst hotel I have been all my life, no customer relation at all, no assistance for guests, amenities hardly working. I would advice no one comes here to stay. Their estates lock gates by 8, very unaccessible. Take it from someone who has been to several hotels, this is the worst. Very poor

It's a cozy environment where you can easily relax and cool off, a quite and exclusive setting. They also have an outdoor lounge.

My experience was pleasant, the staff were very friendly and customer oriented.
The room was clean, all amenities were working properly.
The food was just there and i feel its overpriced.
I like the location, a quiet and serene environment.
A good hidden place for a getaway relaxation as you will never know its an hotel.

Exquisitely furnished place. Great ambiance. Ideal accommodation for singles, couple and family. Quiet environment and good food. We'll deserved 5 star
