Easy navigation. Enough parking space even on weekends, clean environment. Wasn't crowded and you're most likely going to find almost everything you need to shop. It also has a cinema in case you are tired and need to see a nice movie.
The location is also perfect for me as it is beside the famous cocoa House in ibadan.

Its not a bad place just a bit cluttered. Circulation is fine but shop layout seem too close for comfort. Not a bad place in general.

Cocoa mall is Property Redevelopment Partnership (PRP) programme with a developer: Topservices Limited.

The old UTC building is being redeveloped to an international standard mall and linked to Heritage mall

Cocoa mall have stores such as shoprite, foodco, pep... u can get ur instant artwork here as well... a wema bank is located inside the mall where u can bank and also have access to ATM machines for withdrawal

Fantastic place to shop, with a host of options that should cover most of your shopping needs. You can get almost anything here, from snacks and cakes, to pressing irons, to clothes, cooking oils, phones and video games, etc. The prices are competitive and you can easily compare prices in most cases. Moreover, there's a cinema operated by Filmhouse Cinemas and a perfume shop just at the entrance... You will have a great time here.

Good security around the place, nice customer relations and they hardly go out of stock for most goods they sell. On a busy day, you may need to queue for a long while to make payments.
