The first skyscraper in Nigeria. And the tallest building in the city of Ibadan. It is located at the business hub of the city Dugbe. Cocoa House is a historical building that most of the young ages of the 2000s need to learn from the great fortunate building. It's nice we have such a very great building in Ibadan. It accommodates lots of businesses and it has been maintaining her heritage.

Being a pioneer 24 storey highrise in Ibadan housing a lot of historical odua relics in the Odua musuem, two radio stations, several offices and the lift is still functional.

My first visit to the city and I had an encounter with this magnificent historical building, which happens to be the first ever multistorey building in Africa, which got me smiling and at the same time wowed by the way the structure was still looking beautiful and unfazed. It's a place that's surrounded with several fun spots, Supermarkets and banks. I'm sure you'll enjoy your visit there.

It's a whole lot of places at a time... Comprises of a ShopRite, barbing saloon, a spa, a beauty salon, a gym, a pes game centre, recreational center, sim registration centres, including Airtel, MTN, 9Mobile, etc, an ATM machine.... It has everything one needs for his or her daily life/routine

You'll get ALMOST ANYTHING here. It's also surrounded by a big market for wearable items amongst others.

Nigeria's First skyscraper in Tropical Africa. Cocoa House, which opened in 1965.
Has about about 26 Floors with many offices and Apartments in it. Also has a Lift that can convey people and goods from one Floor to another.
A standard and solid structure in the heart of Ibadan, Dugbe.
You can get a good view of most of the prominent places in Ibadan from the top of the Building.
