It is an active organisation. You can effectively send or receive parcel through the Nipost. The workers are generally pleasant and approachable. You cannot hurry in and out though because they are often always busy.

They have improved on their services, attending to customers promptly unlike before when you could be kept waiting for long without anyone to attend to you. Nevertheless, we still have a few of the staff members whose attitude are still cold to customers. They must be checked by their supervisors or shown the way out of the service.

These people are THIEVES! I sent a package to my friend and they didn't even make an attempt to deliver it. He went there to pick it up on 14/12/2021 and he was told to pay #126,000 whereas I have fully paid the mailing cost before sending it. YOU PEOPLE NEEDS TO CHANGE YOUR NAME TO DAYTIME ROBBERS.

The General post office, dugbe is a zonal headquarters of the post office which offers affordable services to the public. From haulage, expedited mail services (EMS) agency services. It has a wide compound that houses many other businesses. It has stores that sells electronics like mobile phones and stores where mobile phone repairers are. The proximity to the mall (ShopRite) makes the post a centre for commerce with commercial banks revolving about it. The train station is also directly opposite the post.

Customers can walk in the post at the beginning of business by 8am through the close of business 5pm.

Their service has improved overtime resulting to a better quality of service.

Like most government-run institutions, it's not the most efficient of its kind. However, staff were friendly and willing to assist. Service could be quicker, but at least packages arrived on time.
