The Director of Sports is responsible for the day to day running of sports at the Sports Centre under the Directorate system, which came into existence in1989.
There are two existing Sports Complexes in the University and there locations are at:
The Old Sports Complex:
It is Embedded between the Faculty of Arts and the Kenneth Dike Library and the Faculty of education.
The complex accommodates the Sports Centre office with sports facilities spread between the student’s Union building and the Faculty of the Social Sciences
(Tennis,
Volleyball,
Handball,
Basketball courts,
Hockey Pitch and
Cricket Pavilion)
