A good hostel. But not up to standard

Hall of accommodation for postgraduate students (majorly PhD scholars).

1. Has a hall that can be booked for events. This is now a shadow of itself.

2. Available and adequate parking lot.

3. Easily accessible by road.

4. Wheelchair accessible for the disabled.

5. Still has a beautiful scenery at night.

6. Decent rooms of accomodation.

7. Beautiful fenced and gated.
* Poor maintenance of this hall

This hostel is classic! It's cool calm and small in size but it's one of the best post graduate hostel on campus. It houses the PhD scholars and the rooms are spacious enough to accommodate its occupants. Though most of the rooms are one-man rooms, some rooms could accommodate two students conveniently. Wireless network is available there but it's not free.

The place is nice but it needs to be refurnished. For example, the restaurant is a bit scanty and the place should have it's own standby generator. The last time I went there, I have to look for someone to give me directions, so I think there should be a directory or something like a map because some people maybe introverts and it's not everyone that you can just ask to show you around. Also the reception area should be refurnished.

Beautiful compound with a very organized structure. Good ventilation, hygiene and security. It also has a game room and a hall that doubles as a cafeteria for rent. It was just recently repainted and some renovations went on. Although, because only postgraduate students are allowed in ( undergraduate students and others are allowed only for visiting or during events) the cafétaria is usually scanty, but is UI, food can be gotten almost anywhere. Aspiring postgraduate students should get a room here. I think they allow diploma students too. It's a strong choice if you're considering proximity to departments in the school area.

It is a peaceful and quite hall. It is strictly for PhD scholars. The male rooms are single-man rooms while female rooms are a mixture of single-man and jointly owned rooms.
