The equipment are kind of old, but they are adequate.

Enough Barbell and dumbell equipment to be sufficient.

However, there are no weight lifting machines. Just cardio machines like the treadmill.

By far the best gym in this axis. Enough equipments and trainers to help one achieve his or her fitness goals
