Well the hotel it an old fashion, and their service so poor, imagine given a lodger a face towel as cover towel to sleep, so it doesn't wsrth 3.6 at all.

The guest house is on the express before NNPC mega station. Proximity to waterway looks like a disadvantage because the the waterway is not properly taken care of, which makes it to stink. The original concept was to make this lodging place a water view accommodation provider but the condition of the water way is not a sight to behold.
