They need quite some maintenance and regular fumigation to get back to standard. Doors are chipped and allow rodents in. Walls are tardy and scarred significantly. The staff are mostly warm and welcoming though and the meals are good.

Hotel in a nice location at Akobo, but infrastructure not too impressive. The A.C in my room is d noisiest i have seen in my entire adult life. Cld not sleep with d noise.

This is a one star hotel. The exterior design looks attractive and beautiful but the interior is just nothing really good to behold. The rooms were looking so untidy and not well maintained.

Kinda of pricey for the basic rooms there
The good side was they had light 24 hours
Toilets were functional but could be cleaner and better maintained

Well, this hotel seem to be a bit better than other the hotels I've visited in ibadan. Although, I'd expected more than I experienced.

The rooms are okay. They are quite spacious and the air conditioning system works well. There is also a complimentary breakfast that comes along with booking a room. The standard room option is around N19k. The hotel is easily accessible and it's location makes it easy to connect other parts of town. There's also grilled food (fish and chicken) which I enjoyed and I think you should try.

My main issue is around the toilets and bathrooms. They aren't well maintained. It seems like there's always the Bucket and Bowl option in almost all hotels in Ibadan as the showers doesn't run well.

It is obvious this place lacks the appropriate regular maintenance it requires. The management really needs to fix a lot things. If done, this hotel has immense potentials to be the best in town.

This place is a great relief from experiences of other hotels in Ibadan, it is situated in a great location with easy accessibility, it is clean, with professional and responsive staff, my bed was pretty small though and I think the wall paint in the room needs a little upgrade, aside that, I enjoyed my stay there.
