Fully equipped gym with both capable instructors and high quality body fitness machines. However, aerobic session was not patterned to different body types. Quite intensive, but not for specific body types.

Great trainers that personally help you with your workout routines (either you are a male or female and at no extra charge) and also a very helpful owner. There are 3 gyms in roughly the same axis, but EnE is easily the best return for money paid; I went to each gym to check and also asked my friends using them for opinions before making this claim.

Monkey bars, cable machines, treadmills and punching bags available too, so an awesome experience overall.

P.S: It doubles as an art gallery, so those IG fitness posts you're planning to make can get a lot more artistic pizzazz.

The best gym house in Ibadan as far as I’m concerned.
Aerobics classes makes my day each time I participate.
