This is one of the best hospitals in Ibadan. It is privately owned but very clean and cozy, you'll be impressed ????.

Delays and bureaucracy are phenomenal. Our good and reliable Banby is now becoming like typical Govt hospitals with delays and bureaucracy especially for capitation related visits.

Friendly environment, wonderful employees that make your problems no matter how painful get half solved, as they are ready to put smiles on your faces.
The consultant are easy to talk to and are very understanding. They have adequate laboratory facilities and can perform to an extent surgeries.

This is actually my 2nd time here as I just relocated to Ibadan and I'll say I'm highly disappointed at their customer service especially getting information or response from the HMO officers there just as a result of the doctors not doing their jobs well. One has to wait for more than 48-hours to get approval for anything. What shouldn't take more than at least an hour. If the doctors are too busy to send any mail to the HMO office then someone should be employed to handle that as peoples lives are at risk with the delay. It is not fair. It took me over 2months to be able to book an appointment with a specialist (for covid reasons as they explained). After finally meeting the specialist, getting approval from the HMO for an xray is taking another 72hours...... ogaaaaa ooooh while I am feeling all those pains that probably the results can help guide the doctors for my medication. I have called all the numbers on the card given me and no one picks to answer hmmmm Banby hospital I hail unaaaaaa.

It's a no no for me. Hospital should focus on orthopedics which is there speciality.. doctors know absolutely nothing. My advice, irrespective of the stress you might face, go to UCH for best service... If it was possible to give no star, I will
