Very poor customer service. stayed in a super deluxe yet no AC remote, had to call reception and wait anytime i needed to adjust the temperature. No breakfast, floor not properly cleaned

Not what you'd expect in terms of amenities in a hotel but the building and positioning is majestic.
Staff not well coordinated and breakfast room service..... I couldn't eat it.

The generator ran all through till it ran out of fuel in the morning. AC worked all night.
The toilet's a cubicle like. The intercom didn't work but, you will enjoy the view????

Couldn't take much photos as I didn't, practically, enjoy my stay

This is the most horrible experience I have ever had lodging in a hotel ..... poor customer experience, poor service , very dirty interior...poor maintenance...No breakfast, couldn't request for anything, dark bathroom, dirty tiles but their fridge and AC are lit .... Menh! For a proper rest do not branch there !

Cool...very close to the road..a serene environment...but not so much traffic in the hotel itself

Big structure with friendly but unprofessional staff, especially the receptionists; they conversed in loud voices all night long and made so much noise we could hardly sleep. Rooms were dirty and unkempt with roaches running on our bodies at night! And the bathroom? Wow! Better left undescribed. The food was expensive and horrible, to say the least. Could barely wait to leave.

Very affordable but poor rooms. Building is magnificent with little amenities. Imagine either having a bad bathroom light or a spoit shower handle or an almost collapsed bathroom door or AC that's not cold. Breakfast is not looking well presented, staff knocking as if they're going to pull down the door. Intercom not working and you have to go downstairs to make an order everytime. This building needs better management.
