I have been there for business, the rooms in general are not bad and moderns, the facilities also are not bad, but the kitchen in the restaurant area can be for sure better than what they offer. Also the swimming pool cleaning should be more accurate.

Cool, nice, with good serenity, security standards and nice neighborhood good for business owners and middle class citizens, surrounded with nice bars and garden to complete hectic day and enjoy the evening including weekends.
A good road network and traffic free area to access any part of the town..
I also enjoyed my visit with some friends...

Nice place to chill yeah, but it's maintenance is shaky, like some lights not working, the ceiling caving in, taps that water don't come out...
But it's a relaxing environment, that I'm sure of

Well, Royal parklane is a top notch hotel here in Akure and it's design sense keeps thrilling me. The only thing that turns me off about this hotel is the fact that the pool is small in size and can only do good for a fe number of get together or solo swimming.

I enjoyed my stay here. The services are fantastic, the rooms are comfortable. You also get a free breakfast.

The menu was superb. I love the jacuzzi bath. The Hotel is very neat and easy to locate. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

A lovely place to lodge and relax. Equipped with and event hall, s2imming pool and a fitness session. Not like it used to be though but one can still enjoy the place.
