More like a 5 star hotel. Nice rooms, service is fantastic with great facilities. ThereΓÇÖs buffet quite affordable and pool side is great too. ThereΓÇÖs elevator to take you to the floors to aid easy access. Just that the hotel doesnΓÇÖt provide robe ????. But overall IΓÇÖll give them 8/10

I didn't use the hotel service at Heritage I just went there for a drink. I sat at the poolside and the environment was everything. It is a really good place to have a private conversation; quiet and cozy.
Customer Service wasn't bad either

It's a top notch hotel. One of the best if not the best in Akure at the moment. Service, food, room and luxury at its best.

Good rooms, comfy bed, great ambience, excellent pounded yam + veggie soup + dry fish, good service and friendly staff.

There is a culture of great hospitality and excellence. The rooms are great and cozy, money's worth. Food is great. Budget on the high though. Getting somewhere better will be really be herculean as far as Akure is concerned. I highly recommend this awesome hotel.
