I consider the rates at Royal Bird fair and reasonable. Very neat and peaceful premises. And the rooms are well maintained. The staff are generally courteous. However, there is need for serious improvement of the laundry services. It should be available 24/7. I will give it excellent in the responsiveness of the staff. I generally rate it more than 80%.

Service was great. The staff were very friendly and efficient. However, the rooms seem a little neglected and I think its because they've opened a new and bigger one in town. Although old I prefer this one because it's quite and homely. Lots of space and nature. Will definitely stay here when next I visit akure.
