Poor customer service. No telephone directory in the room. I had to go downstairs to make my orders. I ordered for fried rice and cat fish. Both the rice and catfish sauce were too salty, and I was given catfish head without asking if I wanted that part or not, then the head was not properly washed and cooked as there was fresh blood gushing out.
The reception was also left empty most of the times.
I requested my room to be cleaned but never got the service until over 3 hours later.
Though the management tried by renovating the rooms and getting new furniture and AC, serious work needs to be done on the staff and services.
