Hotel with a name and good packaging but not a decent place to stay from my experience. Intercom not functioning, water wasn't flowing upstairs in the morning, staff members not responsive. I left without having a bath the next day. I complained through their official numbers, there was no response, no apology. Very unfortunate indeed for me.

The hotel is in a central location and looks beautiful. It also has a swimming pool. The hotel could be more comfortable if the facilities are properly maintained.

The Hotel looks good, is affordable, has good Front Desk Officers with standard customer service protocol. The restaurant delivers good food on time. The rooms are clean and well maintained except for some bathroom with hot water issues. It has a sizeable car parking space and your car gets cleaned before Morning...

Door to the bathroom doesn't close and the room door looks like the room has been broken in before. It would be easy to break in again, it wasn't quite fixed. The drainage in the bathroom is bad so after bathing, water pools and goes down slowly. Toilet doesn't flush well and no shower. You have to use a bucket and a bailer. Water isn't clean. There's a stain on the bed sheet. You have to ask for basic stuff like a towel before you get it.
