The outside environment is nice, loved it until I went in. Most of the things weren't working and customer service was great but seems the staffs were under pressure to serve

Food is okay and affordable.
Drinks are very expensive.
Room is okay but the air conditioner is olden days type.

Horribly dirty bed sheets and duvet...I was severely bitten by bed bugs... Habaaa in a hotel???... This is just one of the million problems... They're rats too... No oh this is a disgusting experience, I'm in pain.

Friendly and warm staff but the rooms needs to be renovated .
I was disappointed,as i expected to see something better.

Old rooms, very old bed sheets, towels, no toiletries then very noisy due to the club inside so you may not sleep until 1am
