I always stay in BON my last stay was pathetic, a room with no windows even the. Bathroom had none. Another observation was inadequate of breakfast for guests when they are very much aware they have a full house. Zero varieties the front desk staff are good but the management must listen to them to get better picture.. A lot of improvement needs to be done.

We had a terrible experience with my siblings. We were told two people of the same gender can’t share a room that they allow only one person per room. That doesn’t make sense at all, we ended up dragging with them till midnight cos they refused to refund us when we wanted to move to another hotel. Very poor customer services. They need to step up but the rooms are not bad.

Rude staff, bad food ,Maintenance zero, Management have a lot of work to do, I guess the hotel is own by Government that is why the staff are mannerless
