Note: This review is for the cheapest room they have (18k)

Pros: Constant water, constant light, fair price for food, neat environment, polite staff, modern looking, complimentary breakfast.

Cons: A bit pricey, the space for the 18k room is quite small, they have allocated fines for bringing food from outside into your room (find that a bit ridiculous). For the sake of their very few guest that aren't thieves, i would advice they not detain a guest that wants to check-out just so they can go up to the room to ascertain you haven't stolen anything.

I came here twice for a Press Conference and both experiences were pleasant ones.
The hotel looks like its well managed.

Customer service charge is very affordable
Was served a good meal for breakfast.

This hotel is one of the best in Ado Ekiti , Customer care is top notch .room service attracts extra fee of #200.breakfast are taken at their restaurant between 7am -11am.nice and clean environment.

It has been a great experience here at the Eleventh House. Customer service is great and I loved the bed u0026 breakfast service they offer ????.
