The place is undergoing renovation, I saw people making amendments to the buildings, making it attractive. The road network there is still not tarred though. It's a peaceful environment, check it out if you need vacant apartments.

It's very pleasant especially when you're alone????????.. Feel the Freedom, the Peace, the people and places. The only problem is the Power supply to the Area.. it's been damaged since August 2019, But the calmness still remains

Outskirts of Ado Ekiti, an area undergoing redevelopment. Needs tarred roads and good drainage systems. It is close to fun places in Ado-Ekiti. Splendor and Prosperous Hotels are close by, also Tasty and Spicy fast food is across the road. You can also easily get taxis going anywhere in Ado from there.

Old housing estate along Iworoko road, named after a former military administrator of the State. Neighbour to the State Broadcasting Service Of Ekiti State.
The estate provides accommodation for so many Students because of its proximity to the State owned university

It's a residential area with flats.Most houses here are bungalows.There is a road network and there is also a government school located in this estate.There is land to purchase for people who wants to build their own houses.
