Worst hotel experience ever. We took 3 suites. All 3 rooms, no hot water. Still using noisy window unit ACs, TV bad, plenty mosquito bites.

I like the hotel for the simple things they did well. The staff were always nice and helpful. When we couldn't get hot water out of the tap we called several times and they brought hot water for us in a bit smiling. Their food was affordable but as with most hotels takes forever to arrive. (why are hotels like that?) The room was basic but comfortable. They put on the generator as soon as there was power outage. And I watched live match in my room. Nice and affordable place to stay.

Advertised rooms/prices online do not match the reality of what is physically offered. I was quite disappointed at check-in. The reception couldn't help, the manager was nowhere to be found and his cellphone switched off!

Wifi is non-existent and the complimentary breakfast is a joke! Still makes me laugh at the very idea of it.
