Disturbance from the church using their conference hall, for two days now. I mean how can a church or such a loud event be allowed in a hotel that is meant to be for rest! The rooms are dirty, dirty beddings, poor lighting. Services are generally poor! I won’t recommend for anyone.

Poor management.
Dirty environ.
Poor interior.
Mosquito was all over my room, have to meet the receptionist, she said the person with key to their store so as to get insecticide is not around, she called manager and the so called manager have the guts to reply "there's nothing he can do about it"......So i should sleep in a room full with mosquito and go back home with malaria.

My first impression was good. Had a lunch meeting with a friend. So many activities to partake in but didn't. Nice place

Their services and the reception was terrible. I have stayed here couple of times and have even giving suggestions on how they can improve their services, but it's a shocker that it never gets improved. My recent experience was that I checked in on 31st December at 2-3am, paid 30k and was told that am checking out on 1st January,2022 which was my plan. To my surprise, someone else said that am to renew my stay on 31st December, less than 5 hours from time I checked in. Very Very terrible. I won't recommend them. There cheaper place in town with better service. District Hotel off Abak Road and many others.

Amity is alright, I suppose. To be fair, I was only staying a night so I opted for their cheapest room which costs ₦10,000 at the time of this review.

The hotel is located in a quiet and serene part of Ewet Housing. No heavy traffic or lousy lounges nearby to interfere with yiur sleep. The room itself was comfortable. The bed is big enough to comfortably fit 3 adults. There was a small couch, centre table, reading table and reading chair in the room. Yup. It's that comfortable - and that's only their cheapest room.

However, 3 out of the 4 wall electricity sockets were not functional. The air conditioning wasn't working either. Thankfully the ceiling fan was in good condition.

All in all, Amity is a decent place to stay. I do hope to go back again someday and see what their better rooms look like.

The experience at this hotel was awful. They need to make up their mind if they want to run a church or a hotel. The noise from the hall which was rented out to a church was ongoing till late at Night. One could hear the incessant noise at 12midnight from ones room. The executive room which i booked for 2 nights was terrible and is unworthy of the exorbitant cost. The sockets in the room were faulty and the bathroom was terrible for an exec room.
