The hotel is located in a well secured environment within a well delayed out Estate. Their suite is as good as two bedroom flats. A lot of renovation and innovation is ongoing, it is a nice place to stay.

A shadow of itself. No hot water dusty unused rooms scanty untrained staff..when you see one beyond the front office. Plan for your meals no functional restaurant. Not sure the bar still functions. But no need to complain- one shouldn't expect any service from 20dollars

The hotel was commissioned in 1992, it has basic facilities hotel should have but just like any old building it needs to be renovated.

There are too many things wrong there.

You rarely see a receptionist. After the security guards, you may not see anyone else till you get to your room.

I wasn't given a duvet till I requested. What was brought was a blanket used by another person without washing, so I had to settle for another clean bed sheet as covering cloth.

The two taps in the sink didn't function, the AC in the sitting room area of my suite didn't function.

There's an offensive odour that comes from toilet and the doors doesn't close without locking with key.

Of course, they charge below 10k per night and the staff are averagely hospitable.

The restaurant isn't running anymore but there's an eatery (a la carte) adjacent it and banks aren't so far away.

They don't use POS or allow transfer, you have to come with cash.

Great attention needs to be paid to the building by the management.

Agatha gardens is one of the oldest hotels I know in Uyo. it is located in a serene environment that is also easily accessible.

The rates are fair but the rooms could do with a bit of face lift. The curtains are outdated and some parts of the wall looks like it could do with some fresh paint as well.
