The hotel is lovely and cozy, but you guys need to do more work on customer service because itΓÇÖs so poor. I ordered for fisherman soup and after wasting so much time the food was served and the snail wasnΓÇÖt properly washed (like it was still slimy) inside the soup, had to start complaining so i Could get something else!. Moving to breakfast, probably because itΓÇÖs a ΓÇ£Complimentary breakfastΓÇ¥ that is not ΓÇ£paid forΓÇ¥, they served cold plantain and egg sauce. Down to the rude receptionist ????

Nice enough hotel with pleasant staff, but there is a new unit Rosemohr Gold that daunts the former. Location seems to be winding down services and is understaffed for such a large place. Enjoy!

The building is nice, serene, staff could use extra help to increase efficiency. The air conditioners in some of the rooms could be serviced to perform better.

this hotel is one of the most useless hotels in Uyo!! i spent 2 nights there regrettably! the room had a faulty AC and no heater! i complained and kept getting promises that it will be resolved. it never was until i left. i requested for a discount on the rooms since it was so uncomfortable, spent almost 30mins arguing with the so called manager to no avail. they pretty much told me i was the only one that was affected and the other customers were not complaining !!! it was a horrid experience and the worst i;ve had in any where i have travelled to. if was possible to leave no star i would have! needless to say i will never lodge here or let any one i know lodge here ever again!!

My No.1 Choice in Affordable Hospitality! The ambience is warm. The Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are courteous. Rates are Affordable

The quality of the hotel is not as good as I thought. Most of the rooms have one issue and their customer service is below average. It's generally manageable if you want to stay for a few days.
