Love the pillows... soft and light and the duvet too. Service is ok. Shame about the door frames as it doesn't cater to very tall people. Food is good. May need a revamp in the near future. Overall hygiene can be improved on in terms of housekeeping.

When you get in, the first thing you'd notice is the serenity of the place and how courteous the staffs are, starting from the gate.
Outside luxury, it is a good place to check in.

The good; serene environment, good food, security, budget friendly.
The bad; rooms aren't very good, lacking in basic things that's expected of a hotel. customer service is poor, some of the cleaners are the ones who serve you food. The managers run the hotel like a personal shop, my experience on 25/7/2020 left me wondering how I ended up there.
