I love Norbeth. Just as I wanted an environment where I can study and do my research work.
I am generally impressed with their serenity and calmness.

There was a mix up with my reservation, which had been paid for, and the young lady at the reception was quite rude and made a bad situation worse. Needless to say I didn't stay there, and won't be recommending them to anyone I know. Would give minus 5 stars, if it was possible. At least we managed to get a refund of the payment, even though the receptionist told us that they don't allow cancellations or refunds. Very poor customer service. It seems I must give at least one star, in order for this to be posted. I think that's wrong coz they don't deserve it.

Nice standard room@ N12,000 a night. No complimentary bottle of water, beverage or breakfast. Free wifi was available, though I didn't use it.

the service was not bad, and the staff were friendly. the only blip in my stay there would be the current hotel manager. to be honest, i wouldn’t have stayed if i wasn’t bound by time at that moment.

Out of date. Interior and facilities are old and need upgrade. Poor????
