It's old but fairly managed. Our night there was unpleasant. Event space overlooking my room given out. We were promised event will end at 9pm to allow in-house guests sleep. We were still making calls to the front desk past 12 midnight for the music to be turned down. Terrible, as we had to leave at 5am. Staff members were nice but helpless with dealing with the event disturbance

Too pricey for its quality. They should replace all their ACs, too noisy. How do you not provide lotion, shampoo, tea, kettle, water in a pricey hotel such as this? The staff are friendly and professional though, the bed is comfy and the room neat.

The only experience I took away here was the peppered snail dish....it's he best I ever tasted so far! It's hidden and looks old from the outside but very classy inside.

The place is just sooooo dirty and old. The place is just pretty to take pictures in. Every other thing about it is Sooo poor. The bathroom and toilet are nothing to write home about, my friend was even willing to help wash the bathroom and toilet. It's just poorly maintained that's all. They should just take care of iy

Just there, I think it used to be one of the best but not anymore always dry no much people. But the rooms are big doh I felt as if I was trapped there.

I like the hotel but one thing it's lacking is maintenance culture more especially in the bathrooms. The chefs should also wake up to customers satisfaction.

Good to lodge in, although not that an upscale hotel but it's of a good class. Always filled up with clients. And it's in a quiet zone as well
