Very arrogant, unprofessional and fraudulent staffs.

Went on the 21st of September 2022 with a guest from Zimbabwe who as suspected by the doctor and us that she had gas..the doc administered omeprazole and antacid..then asked we deposit 100k..I asked for a breakdown for that ridiculous amount..they displayed unwillingness ,rudeness and arrogance and gave a breakdown of 51k..lol...I asked if all the test was necessary and I would like to differ some.with no lab technician in site and clear display of ignorance said they already started and I must go though with it.i asked for bank details..was provided instantly. Went to ferry my token from the apartment next door with the patient still in the hospital are and was informed by the security at the gate not to let anyone out...I finally lost my cool. I mean how dare they..svery disrespectful and criminal behaviour. I busted in and they lied that they had no idea who gave him the instructions. .anyway terrible doctors who whodunit have a license. If goodheart hospital iss your only option, I'm sorry for you .I will never recommend. Go where you will be treated like a human being paying for satisfactory service

A healthcare facility that meets world standard, the staff of the the hospital are wonderful ,always on their best behavior .
If you need world standard in Nigeria ,Good heart is the best place to be.

Clean and conducive environment.
Lights on 24/7, no need for a torch light.
Test results are accurate and confidential with no delay.
The staff are professional and give in the best.
I pay the money because I want the best of care and Goodheart does that.
