Today(03/08/22) makes it 12 days with my braids and no dandruff unlike before, within 3 days of my hair being washed I usually notice dandruff. This is located in a well serene environment. Nice parking space, the rooms are neat and comforting. They serve delicious local meals. A nice place to chill when traveling.

It's a good hotel but they have to improve some aspect; some of their rooms are below par and the last time, I think their restaurant is falling from it's previous glory. Though the environment is cool

No more a clean, beautiful hotel it used to be. It's been downgraded to a charlet. Staff aren't that courteous any longer except for the bar guy and a chubby cleaner. The reception isn't bad but the kitchen staff need a lot of training on customer relationship management. The house keepers are always available to help. Toilet tiles are old and eyesore.

Excellent and the best among equals. One is given prompt attention and comfort of relaxation is super and unchallenged. As if am at home each time I was there, interesting to know that security is not issue going in and out of HANO!

Nice ane quiet environment. Rooms are neat but not superb.
The food nice and delicious.
What makes me love Hano is the behavior of the workers. They are receptive, friendly and above all very respectful.
