Booked this hotel online from 15th October for 4 nights. On arrival he was told the price was no longer what was quoted online (16000 but 21500/night). My son paid cash for his food but staff insisted he signs the docket. He was charged full rate for Friday night as against 12500 weekend rate. This morning on checking out, he was made to pay additional 12500. The hotel staff exploited his ignorance of hotel rules and made a good money for themselves. He was not given a receipt. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. This is very unprofessional.

Meals taste good and the environment is clean, other facilities are working well.

Not so bad. Rooms are great and affordable. Food is great however, it takes forever to get your food ready. Ambience is cool. However they lack parking space for guests

Old look but no excuse for the stuffy air in the room.
Did not enjoy the food and the only complimentary thing in the room, a bottle of water was frozen.
however, Its clean and the staff are pleasant and nice.

The building shows it may be old but Genesis is a company of class and standard. For a very affordable price, you get rooms with the best standard in town. The customer service is awesome as well. The food is good too but like all hotels, it's a bit pricey.
