The few times I've been there, I've only spent time around the premises but haven't seen their rooms. However, the environment is fine and natural, as there are live trees, greenery and nice huts built with raffia. Overall, a nice place to spend in the evenings for some beers, roasted fish and suya

It was an outdoor experience,the environment is nature friendly. Brings together a sense of belonging and covers a long area in resort and recreation. Does have a pool place and playground arena. Customer service is effective.

Used to be my favorite place to lodge. But my recent experiences showed that the hotel may be losing its allures. Rooms u0026 facilities are outdated and antiqueted, meals are pricey but of poor quality, staff are nonchalant and inhospitable, they hardly care if you got value for money or not..Randolph is sadly becoming a shadow of itself. Management will do well to take this feedback in good fate and make improvements.

Never expected what I saw. From the outside it doesn't look like much but when you get it it's cool. Also has an outdoor extension for events and a nice pool.

It's a very nice place with good rooms, relaxation/bar and a very nice swimming pool.......
Exquisite is the right word to use..... Randolph is the place to be...

Service is extremely poor, only one attendant in the swimming pool area, kept us waiting for 45minutes, management needs to improve. Massive space not been utilized, poor maintenance...
