I attended a public forum hosted here, very easy to locate from anywhere in Port Harcourt.

The hall is spacious, seating about 100 people (minus tables) conveniently. Latest technology for your on presentation projection.

The restrooms are as clean as a kitchen.

Greenery makes the environment so relaxing.

Oh, the staff are so welcoming and professional; I mean the housekeepers, bartenders, kitchen and servers, even the men manning the gate!

Everything is topnotch here.

I look forward to spending few days vacaying in their shortlet apartment.

Unlike Genesis Reventon Hotel, the Genesis Castle Hotel is basic and needs upgrade.

Considering the number of short-let apartments springing up in every corner of port harcourt, hoteliers are having a run for their money. The moment your facility looks overstretched, customers are moving to new ones so you have to keep up with the trend.

The management of Genesis Castle Hotel need to work on upgrading their facility.
Customer service was average too. I'll give them 3 stats because of my experience in the past hoping that things get better.

Cool place with sumptuous meals, comfy cinema halls and beautiful lounges. Movie tickets may be a bit pricey though.
