Hotel is OK. Staff show good professionalism. WIFI not wonderful, fluctuates in quality depending on location. Seems the hotel has been bought over by Golden Tulip. Toilets are tight though...could have given a little more room to sit. Heaters work well. Not bad

Very beautiful hotel! I was here for an official workshop in November and it was a great success. The staff were friendly and polite. The place is neat and well taken care of. The meals are so delicious. I enjoyed the food and my overall stay here.

Now Golden Tulip. Facilities has been upgraded, and more upgrades are currently still being added. Nice ambience and professional staff with smiling faces

This hotel is okay. It’s not wow but it’s okay. I sort of expected more. The rooms are clean, the bathroom also but there was an odd smell. There was also this odd, persistent beep, probably the smoke alarm but it was a tad distracting. I would start dozing off and then suddenly, the beep would go off and boom, you are awake again!

Also, the breakfast setting was a bit underwhelming. There was a leak in the roof right in the middle of the restaurant that no one seemed to care about.

The pool side is okay. We sat there at night and had some wine. There was some music playing as well.

Very good hotel considering the environment and the distance from the airport is not far. Is a place you will enjoy your money with little or no noise at all. Th environment requires you to be mobile in order to have free movement to and fro the major places in the city. Aside this the hotel is a cool place and nice environment. Enjoy your stay.

3.25 star hotel (by global standards sincerely). Neat rooms, Ok WiFi connection, friendly staff but looooooong waiting time for room service. If U are hungry or in a hurry, please don't wait for the food, takes no less than an hour to get served. I complained, colleagues complained, other guests complained. This made my stay unpalatable, if U like prompt room service....this isn't your ideal place but if U desire comfort in a quiet environment without food, you be their guest????????.....ciaoo
