Elkan terrace's pictures didn't attract me nor arriving the environment or the structure itself. Then you go in, quite nice for an older hotel but in general need of a face lift... But, nice staff, clean rooms, in particular what I look out for in a hotel, nice clean bathroom with hot water. I asked for extra towels and soap and got them in five minutes.... kudos. I strongly recommend Elkan Terrace.

Good services....n nice stash and costumer care.
But there is no recreational center like a pool or bar yet, the gym is not full functional.......

So it more like an accommodation really.

The only downside to this hotel is the reception telling you to pay 650naira charge for their room service..I've never heard of such before ????

Quite and serene place to be. Located in a less busy road. Don't get confused at exterior, you'll need to go in to see the place. Beautiful budget friendly hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable and neat. The food is an all you can eat on a budget, tasteful and good options. Friendly staff. But theyll need to take care of the mouldy smell in the room and work on the central heating for warm water in the bathroom. Proper supervision on the room cleaners too. All the same I will definitely want to use this hotel again.
