They don't even deserve a one-star, the lackadaisical attitude of their staff, mostly d kitchen staff is appalling, u make an order for food, but u will get something different from what u ordered for, without apologies, until u demand one, worst still is they'll serve u d food cold, after maybe 2,3hrs of waiting, all they care about is the money u are paying, I don't know if that's how d management train them to act, but they all act d same way, that's not all, their complimentary breakfast is rubbish, worse Dan prison food, 1slice of bread, cut into 2halves, dry bread o, no butter, nothing, with one half done boiled egg, that's d nonsense they call complimentary breakfast, very sad ???? last but not d least, d outdoor environment isn't neat, d place isn't well kept, needs alot of maintainanace, d A.C, doesn't cool, it's a whole lot of stuff to complain about!????????
The only good thing here I can rate 3-star, is at least they have hot water, that's d only thing that works in haven suites.
Bottom is that I don't recommend haven suites????????, it's a waste of money????????????????????????
