U can't can't call that an electricity distribution company, because there's no light and I don't even think they have a generator ... It's really messy in there, the office is so unorganised... Customer relations is really poor

This company is not doing well at all. Couldn't fix north bank light for more than 3 weeks.

They have improved a little now
