Broad street is a trap to anyone who is using his or her car in this area.
From criminal minded CBD officials to touts and so many other elements in this very busy and clumsy street.
There is a good chance you will get extorted of your hard earned money for one reason or the other.... There are however commercial parks to utilize here.

It is a clean and nice environment but very crowdy with people trading different kind of market, banks with ATM machines are also available with a good and fast network service. It also wheelchair accessibility for disabled, public restrooms available as well in fact is nice place to visit

Not the best place to be at night or when it's raining...the entire junction is flooded. Too many people and vehicles crossing, some coming from the wrong directions. And there is a garbage dump blocking part of the road from Agbongbon end too! Gosh!

It's a junction at the middle of the busiest market in Lagos.. good reference point for everyone, the UBA house almost feels like a iconic feature of this place

The T junction is a road people normally pass when going to Victoria Island or CMS or Marina or Lekki or Ajah. It is a major road to pass from the mainland to the island.
