One thing I love about the location of the hotel is the walking distance to the Balogun market. It makes my shopping easy. Food at the restaurant is okay. Service is good and the rooms should be improved on. Proper fumigation should be done because there are mosquitoes.

The windows are bad. Mosquitoes bite can't be escaped because there's also an opening beneath the doors.

Even though located at the old commercial wing of Broad Street Lagos, this hotel is really worse than I expected. Room had rats. Housekeeping inefficient. Miscreants loitering around.

Right now, I have bad experience, the room ain’t worth it, they call it deluxe - N14,000 paid for this room, no shower, the toilet door doesn’t close, the bulbs doesn’t on, wash hand basing is bad not working, I’m angry right now

Not safe it's trenches as in the type that cheap yahoo boys are everywhere
Also rooms of 10k don't have ac or heater only fan

Liked that it was close to the venue for my official assignment, location is central for restaurants etc There is Constant light and courteous room service at the hotel, meals are tasty too. However, the rooms can be airer and more modern. The building needs to be renovated I guess. Overall 3/5 for me.

Hotel is outdated but has a high renting price and too much mosquito cannot allow you to sleep both day and night time. All the units in the house are either old or broken. Please renovate this hotel immediately.
