The has to be the best hotel I have ever been to in Lagos so far. Beautiful environment, top notch service and more. I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a place to lodge..

Horrible hotel. My father and I had to stay in this hotel because our flight was cancelled/delayed and this was the hotel airline took us to. 1. No wheel chairs available for my father and other disabled guests. 2. Restroom smell bad. 3. The lotion they gave us was moldy. 4. Power was out for 5+ hours. The power outage was the worst: This is a hotel, they should have working generators! If I didn’t have to stay here due to my flight, I would have left.

Had a lovely time there. The food from the kitchen is wonderful. Presentation of food superb. Rooms are great. Quiet environment. Lovely place overall

Customer care service is super poor. You can call the reception 8 times to complain of something and they will apologise but it will never be rectified. Eg. The heater is non functioning, they will keep telling you they will send someone till you lodge out. Very annoying.

Made the mistake of getting off a Lufthansa flight because of over booking. The airline put us in this hotel. A staff member showed me to my room once the door closed he tried to force himself on me. I reported him to the staff. They did nothing I had to share a room with my sister who also got off the flight because they put me in another room that shared door to another room that would not lock. You will be sleeping with roaches staying here. When I woke up to see what breakfast was like the boy was still in uniform working. My story could have happened anywhere but it happened there

One among the best hotel along airport road, close to my partners office, near ogunyinka street. Good place to wind down once in a while.

Ambience: lovely space, both indoor and outdoor.

Customer service: 7/10 some days aren't as fast as expected depending on the number of customers anyway.

Lodging: lovely and spacious rooms.

Bar u0026 Lounge area: lovely spaces.
