My masseuse was excellent,great hospitality, very nice decorations,clean rooms, so relaxing, convenient location.
The customer service????,she’s so nice, has a lovely smile and a beautiful voice.

Really neat space and aesthetically pleasing.
My masseuse also helped with recommendations I needed and was very helpful generally.
Usually waxing experience is painful for me but this was seamless

First class standard treatment!! From my lovely pedicure to the relaxing steaming room experience to the friendly masseuse that gave me a relaxing massage!! ( lovely scented candles lit in the room with calming music in the background). I keep on coming back here!! As a Lady, selfcare is very important to me. Bioviva holistic Spa definitely gives me the best relaxing experience.

Had a very relaxing spa session at bioviva. Service is job notch, I felt really rejuvenated. I hope to come more often. The MD and stafss are especially gracious.. nice ambient and good accessible location. By far one of the best spa I have been to.

The customer service was outstanding with her service knowing how to respond to every need with a beautiful smile and loving voice...... I was relaxed before the spa session and very bit of my time was worth it.... Will recommend Bioviva Holistic Spa to a million and 1 person.
