Hospital is clean and good. I have not visited any hospital for treatment since I moved to Lagos.
However, I feel like a prisoner here. I opted out of my own freewill to be admitted for treatment.
When it's time for me to leave, everyone starts acting as though I'm in Oswald Penitentiary.
Have to wait hours for a doctor to do the ward round before you are officially discharged.
This is bad practice.

I never liked the experience that much from the gynaecologist,he was impatient,rude,zero communication skills with his patients, please he may have the knowledge of his work but you need to carry your patients along let them feel relaxed and welcomed.

Very bad attitude. I was at the vital stand for more than 10 mins sitting and no staff was available. After 10 mins, they got to their ait and instead of apologizing they were busy discussing with each other. After pointing out their flause, they were both defending their actions. They just need to learn how to apologize to a waiting customer. This happened between 4:28 to 4:41pm on 07.03.2022

There is one black huge woman of a doctor in this hospital with zero people's skill. She is super rude that you'll start questioning how she is still a doctor here. She needs a lot of training on empathy and emotional intelligence.

So I think I need to share this about Faith city hospital, have been to many hospitals in Lagos, but trust me when I say "Faith City Hospital" is one of the best.
From the point I opened my card, to meeting with the Doctor "Doctor Nathaniel" oh this man is good at his profession.
The care he showed and the treatment he gave was as if????I wasn't in Nigeria, its really good to know that we still have such Doctors Here in Nigeria.
Thank you Doc Nathaniel for being such a wonderful person and a God sent to heal humanity.
May God continue to raise you higher and perfect all that concerns you In Jesus Name...
