Nice place, i was a little skeptical when i booked online but visiting there cleared my doubt. Very nice place, rooms are very neat and spacious too. And the prices of their rooms, services, food, gym, massage etc are cheap too and worth every penny you spend. Now I'm a regular customer. I'll rate them 5 star

The room service is horrible. Your food comes late and cold. My fiance complained so much to the manager in the kitchen and still no improvement. The pool level is off but still refreshing and clean. The housekeeper he is wonderful and sweet. The hotel is great just the kitchen part is not up to par. We supposed to get free breakfast and we set a time we want it and the food is late and cold.

The room was satisfactory and clean, I love that the pool was functional even I didn't have time to swim.

It's a healthy hotel, they don't have alcohol in their bar, yes they don't, so get your drinks if you are into alcohol.

Overall, it's a serene and enjoyable place to stay.

DON'T VISIT IF YOU ENJOY YOUR PEACE OF MIND.
My overall experience: They compare customers and value those who pay more for their services.
Met with the main hotel’s mgt concerning issues I had with their bar supervisor and they were trying to pacify me, being shady and funnily "diplomatic" in a situation that clearly required their honesty.
I've had multiple issues with their services in the past few months but I think the overall problem is their inability to properly address customer's issues without being biased and very uncaring. Definitely will never recommend to anyone I care about.

The place is super nice and it’s in a serene environment. Nice staffs, good management and maintenance, top notch cleanliness. Affordable and nice and cozy rooms. I’m sure coming back again

Excellent service, the staffs are really very nice, the facility is very classy, I've been a steady customer for 4 years now and I've still got no reason to complain, there's no comparison when it comes to attending to their customers, everyone gets to receive same classy treatment, I'll recommend this place to everyone that prefers a serene and classy environment for lodging, Eating, Spa, gym, swimming etc. A very nice place I can say.
