They would delay you like you don't have anything else to do for the rest of the day.
If you need to access their services, just cancel all your other appointments for the day, go with the day's meal and search for a comfortable spot to lie or nap in because you won't be attended to on time and some front desk representative may not even tender any apology for that.

The Festac Branch, precisely. Can't say about the other branches.

Terrible service. Rude staff. Not one, but at least two at the Amuwo Odofin branch. I have names, but what's the point? They feel they can talk down on you until you throw up a fuss. They were rude to customers before me, then they were rude when it was my turn. Particularly one who stated that I shouldn't bother her because she was working when asking about the next step to take after I was billed for the wrong test.

They basically tell you mistakes in their process is your fault. Extremely rude. I won't be coming back here.

To the Clinix Management, you may have the very best of equipment, but your staff could easily run the place to the ground with their attitude. It's almost like a general hospital with the harsh and uncaring attitude here.

This is the most lackadaisic private clinic I have ever been too.
The front desk and customer support staff are sooo laid back, rude and non-chalant with the customers. You will wait for at least an hour before being called to make a payment for your tests ( and wait again before going to the labs).

They have just one staff handling HMO patients and she moves round the floor like she is confused before attending to anyone. HMO patients will wait 1hr 30 minutes before you are sent to the lab.
I wish all I have said here emphasises their inefficiency, but it doesn't. They are worse.
Should I start on the ambience? Everywhere is so filthy, right from the front door. I was at Clinix for 4hrs 30 minutes and not once did I see a cleaner sweep or mop the floors. The clinic is run like it is a public facility.
Clinix, please do better.!!!
