It's an amazing place to lodge. Provided top quality services and pricing is okay. Minimum per night is N30,000. The manager is very calm and a nice guy. The bar is located in the pool area. The buffet breakfast is okay too.

Every time we come here the staff is so welcoming and hotel is very nice and clean. This area is very "live", there is a party going on daily! The rooftop restaurant adjacent to the hotel is a must go to spot. They have great food, atmosphere lovely and nice music

Whenever I visit hotels, first thing I see for myself is the hygiene of the restrooms. That's how you know how clean a hotel truly is. De Santiago does a good job with keeping their rooms clean. I loved the service from staff. Courteous and helping. Manager was also able to come to our aid when we raised issues about certain things. Food is great. Drinks cold. I'd recommend this hotel to someone who wants to be within the festac extension area. Traffic leaving the place can be a hassle. So understand that is Lagos life.

Overall good hotel.

We had a great time out at de Santiago de hotel and suits. Nice environment for chilling and partying at the roof bar is wow. Is per friendly and kids can play around the hotel. The also have ample parking space..

Well though the location is good and the structure even better, I was not totally pleased with my visit there and the environment was not very appealing to the sight as I stay close a part that had water drainage some parts smelled. However the grilled fish n goat meat I had with my friends was good and they have good environment for snapping pictures.

Very big and standard gym with swimming pool... Oh their roof bar is wonderful experience.. I really enjoy myself wen ever I visit de Santiago de Milan and suits.

If you are in festac and you have not been here, that simply means you've been nowhere..

I celebrate my birthday there and it was woow... The first time and place I ever tasted catfish grills in my whole life. I don't eat fish but I was pressure to taste it that day and my life never remained the same.

Smart and polite bar attendants. One of them is Blessing... Her smiles and courtesy are wooow.

The snail Asun is something else.

There conveniences are very neat and we'll kept.

Thumbs up to the management. They are doing a great job.
