Old National Assembly Lagos Island

This was the national assembly in the second republic before it was moved to Abuja. Since then this building is poorly maintain and don't pray to come around this area at night you will not love what you will see. This is what Nigeria is lacking maintaining monuments. Building like this and alike that are spread all over Lagos island should be kept and maintained as an icon to show our next generation. Its a pity.
Now this building and its sort are refused dump or hiding place for thief and kidnappers. Indian hemp smokers and alike.

Poorly maintained Liason office of the National Assembly. Exotic cars for the Senate President's use are abandoned.

The building is an iconic one but its poorly maintained and its surrounding is home for thugs and homeless people at night
