I’m in Muson center this Friday, first la scala is closed! I foresaw that coming - COVID happened but mostly because it’s hidden. It takes an avid Resturant goer to know the hidden treasure la scala is. Also the services, food is top notch and definitely pricey… the last time I was here was 2018 or 2019. They were also not big on social media
Anyways enough of la scala. Hunger brought me to la pizza. That Lebanese place in civic center. The last time I was here was probably 7 or 8 years ago. However, they are open to private events and dinning.

Ambience
Let’s just say it’s been not maintained, proper rundown. For f**ks sake the curtains are a mess, tables are old, ceiling fans rusty, staff looking confused, dusty ceilings and decors.
Sincerely I wasn’t expecting much cos I’ve always called it Lebanese beer parlor. It’s not meant to be upscale but some things should just be replaced. It’s still a place people eat and some things should just the minimum requirement
Food
I ordered a pizza cos why go to a pizza place to eat rice. It’s called la pizza for a reason. I ordered the medium special pizza and my goodness it made sense die…
The base was crisp, the toppings had shrimps, corn, mushrooms, onions and orisirisi..definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Lagos. It was well done ????????. Topped the pizza down with 2 bottles of star radler.
Overall it’s a 2 star and it’s because of the pizza cos every other thing was a mess.
