This place is affordable and very calm. There's almost 24/7 electricity but the water runs non stop. Good customer service too.

Needed a very cheap place to stay for two days while attending a conference in Lagos. Was indeed cheap for the price...

But they could have done better with the maintenance of the room and the environment. C'mon! Rats and mosquitoes? Damp musty odour.

Maybe the management needs to improve the morale of the staff.

If price is your main determining factor... Then the place is good for the money.

Rascals came knocking and trying to open door in the evening for over an hour
Dusty furnitures, creepy floors
No blanket, dirty pillow and pillow case, offensive Odour in the room

The hotel has relocated. Someone has bought the house. The one one in Victoria Street ojota.

New Parissona Hotel no longer exists. The building has been sold out.

The staffs there are friendly but the rooms are not that clean
Offensive odours in the room
Will advice the management to be making use of good air fresheners
