Very terrible place to be. Annoying customer service with a bunch of thugs as staff. Very non-challant idiots. Poor management, you’ll have to beg for a room attendant. Kitchen is nonsense, they’d serve you without caring to give you serviette or toothpick.

The service is bad..a royal deluxe which they claimed is the best room is without a fucntuoning air condition. I begged them before they could provide a towel.they just don't care once they collet your money
