The experience was a nightmare. The bed spreads pillow case and duvet were not washed after the previous customer checked out. The room service and front desk don't ever answer their calls. You practically have to come down stairs yourself to make an order, I did this on 3 different occasions on 1 night Lodge. Its a beautiful place with good facilities in a great environment but the management and service rendering is a terrible disaster. They are just interested in you paying and not in rendering the service paid for.

This Hotel was formerly called Ree Daniels, the area is relatively quiet, room service is good. It is located around many fun places. On the same street where it is there are two halls for party, and a public school. Security is available, area H police station is at a stone throw.

Excellent and customer service satisfactory...

All their staff is well behaved and they have a very neat room and a good environment. It is a palace to be for relaxation

Terrible. Don't stay here unless you want to get a skin disease. Absolute waste of money. As a doctor, I must say this environment is extremely unfit for humans to leave in. You will definitely come down with some kind of disease. They never wash the duvet and pillowcase. Found a live cockroach under the pillow!!!

Quiet ????, nice room but If I may say , poor customer service , they need an elevator too .. I kept climbing and climbing the stairs with my load and got tired , nice food tho

Former Ree Daniel's Hotel u0026 suites.

????The rooms are not spectacular and they're poorly managed.
????There's not much parking space in the premises, you might have to park outside.
????The Kitchen u0026 Grill is on the ground floor, by the pool area.
????When you lodge you have access to the swimming pool u0026 Indoor table tennis

Panda Lounge is also within the premises. They host live bands u0026 djs in an outdoor space around the swimming pool. There's also Snooker game.

Facilities are top-notch. The welcome at the reception was real.
Although at night, the bar goes wild with loud music that can upset your rest depending on your room choice
